This stimulating toner “wakes up” dull, thick, lifeless complexions. Due to its circulatory activating effects, it offers skin tone balancing for blotchy, flushed skin. Not to be used to remove eye makeup.

Application:
Apply to a cotton pad and wipe over skin. Use morning and evening. |
