1. Apply after application of Emulsion (Step 6).
2. Using the eye dropper that comes with the bottle, squeeze one or two drops of Moisture Surge Hyaluronic Protein Concentrate into palm of hand. Using your forefinger, spread Moisture Surge sparingly around eyes and mouth.
3. Spread the balance of the one or two drops over the rest of the face.
