I would recommend it for anyone who wants to have a quick natural bronze tan. No streaky orange mess, left my skin feeling soft and with a nice aroma scent! I have tried alot of instant tan products out there, and this product by Au Courant is by fay the BEST EVER. I will continue to buy this product and tell all my friends and family about it. Directions 1. Moisten applicator then squeeze out excess moisture 2. Apply product onto applicator, then work into skin in a circular movement 3. Go lightly around dry areas of body like elbows, knees, ankles, upper lip and brow area. 4. Apply a coat of Spray first. These 2 products are water based and work as priming agents to the skin (Base Coat) 5. Follow with an application of the Instant Tanning Lotion. 6. All the products are designed to compliment each other.
